Changing Tastes :: Menus of the Palace Hotel and Chez Panisse
 


A TASTE OF HISTORY
In honor of California’s unique culinary history, CHS hosts A Taste of History, a series of food and beverage tastings that highlight a different California business each month. Each program is free to the public.

December 12
6:00 – 7:00 (doors open at 5:30)
Join us as Jennifer Bice from Redwood Hill Farms gives a slide presentation on the Sonoma County Goat Dairy and shares samples of goat cheese and yogurt.

January 9
6:00 – 7:00 (doors open at 5:30)
Acme Bread’s founder Steve Sullivan discusses his bakery and offers samples of his bread.
